Wisdom In Making Decisions

Lord,

I come to you asking for wisdom. Grant me an understanding heart so that I may lead my players well. You grant wisdom and from your mouth come understanding. I am seeking Your will. Show me which path to take. Guide me along the the best path. Advise me and watch over me. Teach me what is good for me and lead me on the path I should follow.

Being A Servant

Lord,

Help me to become a leader by being a servant. May I look not at how I can be served, but how I can serve others. Help me to not look for the place of honor, but to fulfill my duties joyfully and skillfully. Help me to exalt you rather than exalting myself. May I always be joyful and thankful for the opportunities I have.

Taking Advantage of Each Day

Lord,

Help me to get to work.  May I not be slothful or lazy. May I refrain from excuses and get busy with a purpose. May I run with purpose in every step.
Please forgive my procrastination and help me to move with purpose today, while it is still called today.  Help me to make the most of every opportunity by understanding your will and not acting thoughtlessly.
