Lord,
Help me to become a leader by being a servant. May I look not at how I can be served, but how I can serve others. Help me to not look for the place of honor, but to fulfill my duties joyfully and skillfully. Help me to exalt you rather than exalting myself. May I always be joyful and thankful for the opportunities I have.
